X-tet JUDr. Víta Fialy is a Prague jazz ensemble of variable size - from a duo up to ten musicians - led by double bassist, composer and arranger Vít Fiala, a self-taught musician who holds a law degree from Charles University and has worked as a freelance musician since 1975. He collaborated with leading Czech singers including Hana Hegerová, Eva Pilarová and Irena Budweiserová, and created his own jazz orchestration of Gershwin's opera Porgy and Bess, performed live with top Czech symphony orchestras.
