The Cloverhearts
American indie-pop band The Cloverhearts perform at Melodka in Brno.
The Cloverhearts are an Australian-Italian celtic punk band founded in Sydney in 2019 by singer-songwriter Sam Cooper, who met Italian bagpipe and tin whistle player Chiara de Sio at a Rumjacks show in New York. Their sound - skate-punk guitars laced with bagpipes and tin whistle - draws comparisons to early Dropkick Murphys and Green Day. Within a few years they racked up millions of streams and built a busy European touring schedule, with festival appearances including Mighty Sounds (Czech Republic) and Punk Rock Holiday (Slovenia).
The band released their third album Germaniac! (June 26, 2026), an eleven-song record inspired by repeated tours through Germany.
Critics described Germaniac! as a tribute to German culture - from Munich's Oktoberfest to Hamburg's Hafenklang club.
The Cloverhearts are touring 14 countries in 2026 with 52 scheduled concerts across Europe and Great Britain.
In March 2025, they completed the St. Patrick's Tour through Italy, France, Switzerland, and Germany.
The second album Loving in Squalor was released on March 14, 2025.
