A legendary Ukrainian musical comedy about an adventurer trying to marry two brides at once. European premiere featuring live music and celebrated Ukrainian national artists.
Tamara Yatsenko (born August 19, 1955) is a Ukrainian theater, film and television actress who holds the title of People's Artist of Ukraine (1992). From 1979 she was a leading actress at the Kyiv National Academic Molodyy Theatre, where her signature role - Pronya Prokopivna in Za dvoma zaitsyamy - ran to over 800 performances. She has appeared in more than seventy films and TV productions, including the series Servant of the People, and voiced characters in the Ukrainian dubs of The Little Mermaid and Despicable Me.
Yatsenko again plays Pronya Prokopivna in the play Behind Two Hares - in February 2026 the performance took place at the Kyiv Conservatory.
In August 2025, the media reminded that Yatsenko, despite her age, continues to actively perform on stage and act in films.
In October 2024, Yatsenko and her colleagues presented a new comedy Not for Children or Baby Boom in Vinnytsia.
In 2023, the actress and her theater company toured Ukrainian cities under fire, including Kharkiv and Dnipro.
