CE-5 Expedition: On the Bird Meadow 2026
A two-day CE-5 expedition focused on contact with extraterrestrial beings through meditation, group practice, and consciousness expansion in a light-pollution-free natural setting.
Steven Greer (born 1955, Charlotte, North Carolina) is an American ufologist and retired emergency physician who founded CSETI in 1990 and the Disclosure Project in 1993, both aimed at researching and publicly revealing alleged classified government information on UFOs and extraterrestrial intelligence. He developed the CE-5 protocol, which uses meditation and consciousness techniques to initiate contact with extraterrestrial civilizations, and has produced several documentary films on the subject. He is widely regarded as a central figure in the global disclosure movement.
Greer held a press conference in May 2026 at the National Press Club in Washington on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the historic event from 2001 - presented new witnesses and previously undisclosed evidence.
Greer commented on Spielberg's film Disclosure Day (premiere June 2026) and discussed its impact on public debate about UAP.
In March 2026, Greer criticized in the media the latest government disclosure of UAP documents as incomplete and warned President Trump against a gradual, controlled disclosure process.
In January 2025, Greer launched his own podcast The Dr. Steven Greer Podcast, in which he announced in the first episode the upcoming appearance of new whistleblowers with information about UAP.
In 2025, Greer published an updated Disclosure Project Briefing Document 2025, summarizing testimony and evidence collected over more than three decades.
