Sekhmet is a black metal band from Děčín, Czech Republic, active since September 2002. Over two decades they have released six studio albums and numerous splits, operating strictly within the underground - on their own Mass Catharsis Productions imprint or with small European labels. The band is known for an antireligious stance and fire-driven live performances.
The band released the album Consumed by Void on CD, Digi CD and limited LP (250 copies) and completed a six-concert tour of the USA alongside Boston band Murrum.
The album Consumed by Void was released on vinyl in a limited edition of 250 copies in collaboration with the labels Mass Catharsis Productions, Pesttanz Klangschmiede and Library of Hellfire Gods Productions.
