Sara Pinheiro

About

Sara Pinheiro is a Portuguese sound artist and composer based in Prague. She studied sonology at the Institute of Sonology in The Hague and has taught sound at FAMU since 2013. Her work ties acousmatic composition to film sound design, drawing on field recordings, foley and signal processing. She is part of the noise trio SHLUK and the live-coding collective K-o-l-e-k-t-i-v.
