RayVille Big Band

About

RayVille Big Band is a Vienna-based big band founded in 2013 by American singer-keyboardist Joey Green and trombonist-arranger Alex Lag. Built around the music of Ray Charles, the 18-piece ensemble has since broadened its repertoire to include classics by Nat King Cole, James Brown, Billy Joel and others. Since 2015 it has performed regularly at leading Viennese venues and released a live double album in February 2025.
