Radim Hladík (1946–2021) was a Czech guitarist, composer, and founder of the rock band Blue Effect. A pioneer of Czech rock and jazz-rock, he is best known for the Nová syntéza project — recordings made with the jazz orchestra JOČR in the 1970s that became cult classics of Czech music.
