Petra Poláčková (born 1985) is a Czech guitarist from Rožnov pod Radhoštěm who focuses on historically informed performance. She studied at the Pardubice Conservatory and the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz, where she also took up lute and viola da gamba. She teaches at the Franz Liszt University of Music in Weimar and has released two solo albums on a nine-string romantic guitar: WEISS (2020) and J. K. Mertz (2025).
