Petr Vápeník is a self-taught Czech photographer from Dobřichovice whose work centres on detail, geometry and urban architecture. He shoots digitally and with infrared techniques, often reducing scenes to their essential shapes and structures. He has exhibited repeatedly at Dobřichovice Castle and shown work internationally, including in Paris and the United States.
