Otto M. Urban

About

Otto M. Urban (born 1967, Prague) is a Czech art historian, art critic, curator, and university lecturer. Since the early 1990s he has focused on Symbolism and Decadence at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, as well as on contemporary art. He serves as chief curator of the Centre for Contemporary Art DOX in Prague, where he has curated numerous thematic exhibitions, including Dekadence Now!, Vanitas, and David Lynch: Up in Flames.
