Olga Šubrtová is a Czech dramaturg and playwright from České Budějovice. She studied at DAMU and, after working in radio directing, joined the South Bohemian Theatre in 1998, where she has been based ever since. Together with co-author Martin Glaser she has written a string of comedies for the Český Krumlov Revolving Theatre, including The Wives of Henry VIII, The Three Musketeers and Decameron. She also collaborates with director Petr Zelenka and other Czech stages.
