Miroslav Kejmar (born 3 July 1941) is a Czech trumpeter who spent nearly four decades as principal trumpet of the Czech Philharmonic (1970-2008) and is regarded as one of the foremost figures in the international trumpet world. He studied at the Prague Conservatory and at the Academy of Performing Arts under Prof. Václav Pařík, co-founded the Prague Brass Soloists, and in 1998 was invited to join the elite international ensemble Ten of the Best. He also teaches at the Prague Conservatory, leads masterclasses in Japan, and serves on juries at European brass competitions.
