Miroslav Hucek (1934-2013) was a Czech photographer known for his humanistic documentary work. For over fifteen years he was a photojournalist at the weekly Mladý svět, and after 1975 he worked independently on longer photographic series. His best-known image, Křídla pana Makovičky (Wings of Mr. Makovička, 1972), became an icon of Czech press photography.
