
Dvořák Festival: Mozartissimo at the Castle
A Dvořák Festival concert featuring a selection of arias and duets from Mozart's most celebrated operas, complemented by Beethoven's variations. Performed by renowned Czech musicians.
Miloš Bydžovský (born 2 November 1972) is a Czech clarinettist who trained at the Prague Conservatory and the Academy of Performing Arts. He has been principal and solo clarinettist of the National Theatre Opera in Prague since winning first prize at the Concertino Praha international competition in 1991. Alongside his orchestral work he performs chamber music with the Prague Mozart Trio and the National Theatre Wind Quintet.
Bydžovský performed at the Dvořák Festival in the Mozartissimo program at the castle in Hradec Králové alongside soprano Marie Fajtová and baritone Jiří Hájek.
Bydžovský recorded with the Wind Quintet of the National Theatre an album of French chamber music of the 20th century (Musique de chambre en France au XXe siècle).
