About

Metalinda is a Slovak rock band from Bratislava, founded in 1983 by former members of the groups Halušky and Regata. Over more than four decades they have released sixteen studio albums, making them one of the longest-running acts on the Slovak rock scene. They have a strong following in the Czech Republic, regularly playing Czech festivals, and in 2019 recorded a rock version of the Czech national anthem.
