Martin Nytra (born 1987) is a Czech visual artist who studied painting at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague. His work weaves together folk and national motifs with questions of identity and the individual's place within social structures. He works across painting, objects and architectural themes, often returning to ideas of home and memory.
