Martin Dobíšek is a Czech actor and musician born in 1984 in Čeladná in the Beskydy mountains. He studied singing and piano at the conservatory in Kroměříž, then musical theatre at JAMU in Brno. Since 2016 he has been a member of the Malé divadlo company within Jihočeské divadlo in České Budějovice, also appearing regularly with its opera ensemble in productions such as Evita and Il Trovatore. He is a co-recipient of the Jihočeská Thálie 2016 award for acting and musicality in Ježíšek Superstar.
