Martin Bohadlo

About

Martin Bohadlo (born 13 December 1981 in Náchod) is a Czech actor who graduated from the Department of Alternative and Puppet Theatre at DAMU in 2008. Since 2004 he has been a member of Studio Ypsilon, and he is a co-founder of Geisslers Hofcomoedianten, an independent ensemble that blends baroque theatre traditions with contemporary performance. He is best known to wider audiences as the title character in Saturnin at Divadlo Na Jezerce, and has appeared in films including Vratné lahve (2007) and Alois Nebel (2011). A multi-instrumentalist on violin, guitar and mandolin, he also performs with the stilt-acrobatics group Long Vehicle Circus.
