Marian Jelínek is a Czech ice hockey coach and mental performance coach with over 35 years in sports psychology. As an assistant coach he won gold at the 2005 World Championship in Vienna and two Czech Extraliga titles with HC Sparta Praha. He is best known for his long collaboration with Jaromír Jágr, and has since worked with tennis player Karolína Plíšková and goaltender Petr Mrázek, among others. He has authored or co-authored more than ten books and teaches psychology for managers at Newton University.
