Marcela Brožová

About

Marcela Brožová is a Prague-based ukulele player, singer and teacher who first picked up the instrument during her university years in Pilsen. She studied music education and Czech, and her concert repertoire centres on jazz and Latin standards, enriched by vocal improvisation - including spot-on imitations of trumpet and trombone. She teaches in Prague and across the Czech Republic, co-authored the Czech ukulele textbook Ukulele krok za krokem, and is a regular presence at the Czech Ukulele Festival and Czech Ukulele Institute.
