LD_50 is the concert project of Czech singer-songwriter Lenka Dusilová, a nine-time winner of the Czech Anděl Award. The name plays on the pharmacological term for a lethal dose in half a test population, and doubles as a reference to the artist's 50th birthday. Over three decades, Dusilová has moved from 1990s rock with bands Sluníčko and Pusa through collaborations with Čechomor to her current work spanning alternative rock, folk and experimental sounds.
Lenka Dusilová performed with the LD_50 program and guest David Koller at the Rock for People 2026 festival in Hradec Králové.
The anniversary LD_50 program moved to Bratislava in April 2026, where Dusilová performed at the Za Zrkadlom Club.
The anniversary concert LD_50 took place on February 12, 2026 in the sold-out Prague Divadlo Archa+, where Dusilová was accompanied by guests David Koller, Čechomor, Beata Hlavenková and Clarinet Factory.
On November 14, 2025, Lenka Dusilová released the compilation album Retrospektiva LD_50 (3LP / 2CD) on the occasion of 30 years on stage and her 50th birthday.
On the release date of the album Retrospektiva LD_50, Dusilová published a new music video for the song Zmrzlá husa performed by the band Lenka Dusilová BAND.
