Dan Bárta & Illustratosphere is a Czech band formed in 2000, originally a one-off project by three members of J.A.R. - Dan Bárta, Filip Jelínek and Miroslav Chyška, joined by Robert Balzar's trio. Over 25 years the group has released five studio albums and one live double album, blending pop, rock, jazz and soul. Dan Bárta, an eleven-time Anděl Award winner as Vocalist of the Year, is one of the most distinctive voices in Czech music.
The Silver Wedding project, commemorating 25 years since the release of the debut album, continues in spring 2026 with a new series of concerts in Czech cities with Slovak guest duo Lash & Grey.
With the start of the spring tour, a music video for the collaborative song Čakám was released, directed by Adam Koller.
The autumn tour Mute Era included thirteen stops in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and culminated on December 10 at the Prague Acropolis Palace.
As part of the Mute Era tour, the band offered for the first time a complete discography on vinyl records - the albums Animage (2008) and Maratonika (2013) were released in remastered reissue.
The Silver Wedding tour started in November 2025, and as a special guest, the Slovak duo Lash & Grey with singer Kristína Mihaľová joined Illustratosphere.
