Gustav Nosek (1887–1974) was a Czech puppeteer and woodcarver, best known as the creator of the puppet Hurvínek in 1926. He worked closely with the famous puppeteer Josef Skupa and spent the later decades of his life in Cheb. His work became an enduring part of Czech puppet theatre tradition.
