Gankino Quintet is a Prague-based world music ensemble of five - violin, clarinet, accordion, guitar and double bass. Their sound draws on Balkan and Eastern European folk, klezmer, Latin American rhythms and jazz, blending them through improvisation rather than treating tradition as fixed.
