Le Čhavendar is a band rooted in Romani musical tradition, which they develop with modern elements - jazz, samba, flamenco, salsa and funk. They have been performing for nearly thirty years and are recognized names in Czech world music.

Singer David Kraus will appear as a special guest.

About the venue: Jazz Dock

Jazz Dock is a design jazz club opened in 2009 on the banks of the Vltava river in Prague's Smíchov district, opposite Children's Island. It regularly hosts concerts of jazz, funk, soul, blues and world music, as well as its own festivals. The interior was designed by architects Ivan Sládek and Jaroslav Ourecký; a rooftop terrace is open in summer. The venue also includes a bar and restaurant.

A Prague native who cut his teeth in Laura a její tygři, David Kraus has been releasing solo records since 2002 and tours with his own band. He also acts in musicals and films and composes music for theatre and advertising.
