Fredy & Krasty are a streetfunk band from Ostrava, led by guitarist and vocalist Jindra Holubec (Fredy) and drummer Pavel Magnusek. Their music blends funk, rap and rock with Czech-language lyrics full of deadpan humour, built around two fictional losers - one resembling Freddie Mercury, the other the Simpsons clown Krusty. Their live show mixes tight musicianship with acrobatic stage antics and comedy sketches. Their 2024 album funkOVA!!! RAPsody earned them a nomination for the Moravian-Silesian Jantar Award.
The band presented their second album funkOVA!!! RAPsody at the Ostrava club Hudební Bazar (February 20, 2025).
The album presentation continued with a concert at Café Evžen in Ostrava on March 8, 2025.

The portal Headliner.cz included funkOVA!!! RAPsody among the outstanding Czech records of 2024 - it is the band's second studio album in four years.
