Maxim Galkin (born 18 June 1976) is a Russian comedian, showman, impersonator and TV presenter who built his reputation on sharp political parodies and sold-out arena shows across Russia and abroad. In February 2022 he publicly condemned Russia's invasion of Ukraine, left the country with his family in March 2022, and settled in Israel. The Russian Ministry of Justice designated him a "foreign agent" in September 2022. He has since toured exclusively outside Russia, performing across Europe, the USA and Israel.
