Empty Hall of Fame are a Czech hardcore punk band from Libina near Šumperk, active since 2006. They are a fixture of the Czech underground scene, known for personal, socially engaged lyrics and a mid-tempo melodic hardcore sound compared to bands like Verse or Modern Life Is War. The band releases records on the PHR label and tours extensively on a DIY basis, having played Fluff Fest, Mighty Sounds, and toured Europe and Brazil.
The band released a four-track EP Sirény a zvony recorded at Bomb Jack studio - the second EP with Czech lyrics in the band's history.
The band released the single Světlo as the first preview of the upcoming EP Sirény a zvony.
Empty Hall of Fame performed at a joint concert with Berlin band HATEHUG and Prague's LAKKA at the Olomouc club Azyl in Liberec.
Singer Karel was a guest on two tracks of the EP Komu rulík, komu růže by Brno band Izurewara.
The band released a live recording Minuty ticha Live (SF Mini Benefit) as a benefit for the Olomouc space SF Mini, closed due to the pandemic.
