Duran Duran is a British pop-rock band formed in Birmingham in 1978. They rose to global fame in the 1980s with hits such as "Hungry Like the Wolf" and "Rio", becoming icons of new wave and synth-pop. The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2022.
