About

Dilated Peoples is a hip-hop trio from Los Angeles, made up of MC Evidence, MC Rakaa Iriscience, and DJ Babu. Formed in 1992, they built a loyal underground following before signing to Capitol Records and releasing The Platform in 2000. The 2004 single "This Way", produced by Kanye West, broke them into the UK Top 40, and after a hiatus from 2017 to 2022 the group returned to active touring.
