DH Blatničká

About

Dechová hudba Blatnička is a folk brass band from the village of Blatnička in the Moravian Slovácko region, Hodonín district. The ensemble traces its roots to 1878; revived in 1972 by Josef Pančík, it has been led since 2006 by bandmaster Miroslav Zalubil. The band plays at traditional harvest festivals, costumed dances, balls and folklore events across Slovácko and beyond.
