David Málek is a Brno-based singer-songwriter working at the intersection of pop and folk, writing and performing exclusively in Czech - both solo and with his band Amplified. He comes from a family with an operatic tradition and has been releasing singles on Supraphon since autumn 2024. In February 2025, Headliner magazine named him among the 50 rising hopes of Czech pop music.
