Dalibor Janda (born Václav Janda, 21 March 1953, Drahotuše near Hranice) is a Czech pop and rock singer, composer, and lyricist active for over four decades. He dominated the Czechoslovak pop scene in the 1980s, winning the Zlatý slavík (Golden Nightingale) popularity poll three consecutive years from 1986 to 1988, defeating Karel Gott four times in total. His albums have sold to more than two million buyers, and he has given over 4,000 concerts throughout his career.
