Balkan Party Band is a brass ensemble from Plzeň, formed in 2017 when a group of friends started playing unannounced sets in restaurants, bars and trams. The six-piece draws on Balkan brass traditions - think Kusturica film soundtracks - mixing well-known tunes like Hava nagila and Bella ciao with original arrangements. They play weddings, festivals and clubs across the Czech Republic and Germany.
