Arrested Development is an American hip-hop group formed in Atlanta in 1988. Their debut album "3 Years, 8 Months and 2 Days in the Life of…" (1992) won two Grammy Awards and produced hits such as "Tennessee" and "People Everyday". The group is known for its positive, Afrocentric approach to hip-hop.
