Arcanum Quartet is a Scandinavian jazz ensemble bringing together trumpeter Arve Henriksen, saxophonist Trygve Seim, double bassist Anders Jormin and drummer Markku Ounaskari - four musicians closely associated with the ECM label aesthetic. Their music is built on space, restraint and attentive dialogue, moving between lyrical fragility and free improvisation.
