ADACTA are a Bratislava-based band playing hardcore crust metal, active since 2000. Over more than two decades they have released six studio albums - from the debut Circullus Viciosus (2004) through the well-regarded Tma (2015) and Zlo (2018) to their latest, Dno (2023), whose guitar sound was handled by Kurt Ballou of Converge. The band operates on a strictly DIY basis and tours regularly across Central Europe.
ADACTA released two live albums simultaneously on Bandcamp: Live at Uherske Hradiste and Live in Katowice.
The band released their sixth studio album Dno (June 6, 2023), on which the guitar sound was processed by Kurt Ballou from God City studio.
The album Dno concludes the lyrical trilogy Tma - Zlo - Dno and brings the return of original vocalist Simona in two compositions.
