About

ABBA is a Swedish pop group formed in Stockholm in the early 1970s, whose name is an acronym of the four members' first names: Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson and Anni-Frid Lyngstad. They won the Eurovision Song Contest in 1974 with Waterloo and went on to sell an estimated 375 million records, making them one of the best-selling music acts in history. Since May 2022, their groundbreaking ABBA Voyage residency has been running in London, where digital avatars of the band perform in a purpose-built arena.
