Castle Park (at Café V Parku)

Veselí nad Moravou

About the venue

The castle park in Veselí nad Moravou was laid out in the first half of the 18th century by the Chorinský family and covers around 20 hectares along the Morava river. Interconnected ponds with islands, exotic trees, a cast-iron fountain and a 19th-century music pavilion are among its features. The château itself is closed to visitors, but the park stays active year-round - the café V parku, housed in the historic park warden's building, hosts cultural events, and there is also a disc golf course and a natural maze. A mooring of the Baťa Canal is close by.
