Castle Night in the Gardens Below Prague Castle
A traditional evening of torches, martial arts, and archery in the gardens below Prague Castle.
A complex of five interconnected terrace gardens on the southern slopes below Prague Castle - the Ledebour, Small and Large Palffy, Kolowrat and Small Fürstenberg gardens. The baroque layout features staircases, pavilions and sculptural decoration; nearly thirty viewing terraces look out over the Prague skyline. The Ledebour garden with its sala terrena hosts cultural events, and the gardens are a popular venue for weddings. They have been part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1992 and are administered by the National Heritage Institute.
