About the venue

The Rear Synagogue in Třebíč dates from the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries and forms part of the Jewish Quarter, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Today it hosts concerts, lectures and exhibitions. Together with the Front Synagogue and the Jewish cemetery, it preserves the memory of the town's once-thriving Jewish community.
