Dancing House

Prague

About the venue

The Dancing House on Rašínovo nábřeží is a deconstructivist building from 1996, designed by Vlado Milunić and Frank O. Gehry. Its two corner towers - one concrete, one glass - suggest a dancing couple, hence the nickname "Ginger and Fred". In its opening year the building won Time magazine's design award. Visitors can access a contemporary art gallery, a rooftop terrace with a 360° panorama, and a hotel with restaurant.
