Inspiral Garden 2026
The seventh edition of Inspiral Garden brings music, DJ sets, street food, and design to Plzeň's parks. Entry is free, and visitors can make voluntary donations with festival gifts.
Šafaříkovy sady form part of the historic park ring laid out in 1803 after Plzeň's medieval fortifications were demolished. The park runs from the West Bohemian Museum to Křižíkovy sady and is informally known to locals as "špek park". Notable landmarks include a bronze sculpture of the puppet duo Spejbl and Hurvínek, honouring their creator Josef Skupa, and a Václav Havel Bench designed by architect Bořek Šípek. The annual Živá ulice summer festival brings concerts, exhibitions and open-air cinema to the park.
