📍 Rašín Embankment (between Palacký and Jiráskův bridges)

About the venue

The embankment promenade on Rašínovo nábřeží runs along the right bank of the Vltava between Palacký Bridge and Jiráskův Bridge. Built in two stages between 1870 and 1905, it served as the main dock of the Prague Steamship Company. A 2019 renovation transformed the historic vaults in the embankment wall into cafés and bars, recognizable by their distinctive round entrances. Saturday farmers' markets are a weekly fixture, alongside a year-round programme of cultural, gastronomy and sports events.
