About the venue

Pivovar Rohozec sits in Malý Rohozec near Turnov and has been brewing continuously since Ferdinand Unger founded it in 1850. It was among the first steam-powered breweries in Bohemia, and its lagers were once exported as far as Germany and France. Today the brewery runs guided tours through the brew house, fermentation cellar and lager vaults, finishing with a tasting straight from the tank. The complex also hosts music festivals and other events throughout the year.
