The Pilsner Urquell Brewery in Plzeň is the birthplace of the world's first pale lager, brewed here continuously since 1842. The complex includes historic brew houses, an extensive network of underground cellars, and a brewing museum. Guided tours end with a taste of unpasteurised beer drawn straight from oak barrels.
