About the venue

Památník Lidice is a national memorial commemorating the Nazi destruction of the village of Lidice in June 1942. The site includes a museum, a mass grave memorial, a bronze sculpture of the child victims by Marie Uchytilová, and a rose garden. Annual remembrance ceremonies are held here every June.
