The abbey church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary stands within the grounds of the Premonstratensian monastery founded in 1139. Its current form dates from a rebuilding in 1714-1720 designed by Jan Blažej Santini-Aichel in his distinctive Gothic-Baroque style. The interior retains rich Baroque furnishings - the high altar from the early 18th century and carved choir stalls with inlaid work. Santini also designed the window above the main entrance so that sunlight forms a crown of light over the altarpiece on the feast of the Nativity of the Virgin. Together with the monastery, the church has been a national cultural monument since 2010.
