About the venue
Muzeum Cheb is housed in the medieval Gothic building known as Špalíček on the main square of Cheb. Its permanent exhibitions cover the history of the town and region, medieval art, archaeological finds, and the story of Albrecht von Wallenstein, who was assassinated in Cheb in 1634. The museum also administers Cheb Castle.
